Yoga
Yoga is a way to self acknowledge, a journey back to our true selves, based on our own experiences and introspection, which can serve as a way to release anxiety, reduce stress, have focus, and feel confident.
We live in a hectic, stress-filled world where we are always busy and do not have time to focus on just one thing. We want to do EVERYTHING, and most of the time, we get paralyzed and end up doing NOTHING.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness has not only decreased my symptoms of anxiety and depression, it has made my world more vibrant. I am happier, healthier and every day more grateful not only for the good things but also for the struggle, the effort that it requires. This is a clinically proven tool to regulate emotions and increase feelings of well-being and I am the proof of it.
Breathwork
The daily practice of breathing exercises is for me one of the strongest guiding forces to embark on a path towards healing and personal growth. The benefits derived from these exercises range from stimulating immune function to removing emotional blocks.
