"ZenBreak" Is a special program designed and committed to promoting mental and physical well-being through yoga. Our corporate wellness programs are designed to seamlessly integrate into your workplace, providing your employees with tools to manage stress, increase focus, and feel more connected.

Onsite Yoga Classes

Offer your employees a wellness break with onsite yoga classes at your office. We offer two specific styles of yoga that are tailored to the needs of the modern workplace:

 

Yin/Restorative Yoga: A slow-paced practice focused on deep stretching and relaxation. This class is ideal for stress reduction, improving flexibility, and fostering mindfulness. Best for after-hours or as part of wellness days.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga: A more dynamic, energetic practice that builds strength, improves focus, and boosts energy. Vinyasa Flow is perfect for midday breaks to recharge employees’ minds and bodies for a productive day.

Details:

-  Class Duration: 60 minutes (customizable to 45 minutes if preferred).

-  Class Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options.

-  Group Size: Up to 20 participants (larger groups available with advance booking).
